NCCAC's Home Buyer Assistance Program-

Designed to help low-income families purchase a home - and those who may be at risk of losing their homes due to mortgage default.

We offer personal one-on-one assistance and classes, without charge, to residents of Eastern Washington.

NCCAC Housing Coordinators help people who are: 

   • having problems paying their mortgage 
   • finding enough money for a down payment 
   • figuring out how much they can afford to spend on a home

The NCCAC Home Buyer Assistance Program is approved by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to provide Comprehensive Housing Education for families and individuals that are experiencing a housing related problem or need.

NCCAC Rental Housing-

The mission of NCCAC’s Housing Program is to provide housing for low-income, agricultural, and vulnerable individuals and families within Grant County. These communities are professionally managed both by NCCAC and contracted management companies.

Fairview Senior Housing Apartment Community-

Housing for seniors 55 years of age and over. All household members must be over 55 years old.

All units offer PRAC (HUD) project based subsidy for the elderly so you will only pay 30% of your income for rent.

Newer one bedroom single story apartments located in beautiful, garden style community. Units feature a front porch, doorbell, back patio, vaulted ceilings and have full size kitchens.

FREE on-site laundry facility, community room and full kitchen, mailboxes located indoors.

Only 12 miles from Moses Lake and 16 miles from Othello.

The Bell Hotel-

The Bell Hotel combines housing development with community and economic development that also preserves an historically significant structure.

Specifically, the project is a 16497 sq. ft. three story brick structure that has been converted into 14 low income rental units (Studios, 1bd, 2bd, and 3 bd units) with street level commercial offices and retail space.

Completed in 1939, this frame structure with a brick facade and unique design was designed primarily to house executives and workers that were involved in the construction of one of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal Program's most significant accomplishments, the Grand Coulee Dam. The building is listed on both the Washington State and National Historic Registers.

The Rose Garden-

The Rose Garden Apartments is a small nine (9) unit, garden style apartment community for low income households in Ephrata, Washington. It contains both 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with an on-site community laundry.

The community is nicely landscaped with mature shade trees and rose bushes.

Quincy Apartments-

The Quincy Apartments is a small eight (8) unit apartment community for low income and Chronically Mentally Disabled households in Quincy, Washington. It consists of a single, four-plex building and two duplexes; each with 2 bedroom apartments. Every unit has W/D hookups and easy street access.

This quiet community is located within a few blocks of downtown businesses and grocery shopping.

Airway Transitional Housing-

This 12 unit, very low income apartment community is located in Moses Lake, Washington. Each unit has a single bedroom with no laundry facility on-site. The residents of this community also receive Family Development services from NCCAC's case management program.
